Social institutions play a vital role in supporting underprivileged children and teenagers by offering guidance and essential services. Recognizing that the youth represent the future of our nation and are integral to its progress, it's imperative to empower these institutions. The orphanage, traditionally seen as a financial burden, now faces the imperative of achieving socio-economic independence. In response to this challenge, the Kedaireka grant recipient team has initiated the Green-Techno Sociopreneur Livestock Magot project to bolster the economic autonomy of social institutions. As of October 20, 2022, maggot cultivation has commenced in three social institutions in DKI Jakarta. However, during the assessment phase, it was noted that the residents and administrators of one of the participating institutions, PSAA 3 Ceger, lacked the capability to conduct effective marketing activities. To address this issue, the Community Service team from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Trisakti University intends to organize outreach programs aimed at enhancing the marketing skills of the residents and administrators of PSAA 3 Ceger. The objective of this Community Service project is to impart knowledge and understanding of building consumer loyalty through digital technologies. Participants will receive guidance in content creation, setting up e-commerce platforms, crafting captions, and implementing other digital marketing strategies. A crucial aspect of this initiative is ongoing sustainability monitoring, which will be undertaken by the student team and further developed in a dedicated program.
Richy WijayaRR Dyah AstariniA Aji Kusuma Wijaya

https://afdifaljournal.com/journal/index.php/ijcsi/article/view/242

The program "Exploring Talent and Interests through the Hope Foundation and the University of Medan Area" was created to address the challenges faced by students in identifying their potential and determining appropriate career paths. Many students struggle to recognize their interests and talents, making it difficult to choose between continuing education, entering the workforce, or becoming entrepreneurs after graduation. This issue underscores the need for structured guidance and support. The program, collaboration between the Hope Foundation, known for its focus on community empowerment, and the University of Medan Area, aims to provide students with a clear framework to explore and develop their talents. Through workshops, mentoring, and personalized feedback, students gain the necessary knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about their future. Quantitative data were collected through post-program surveys assessing participants' confidence levels, awareness of their skills, and preparedness for future career paths. Participants rated their experiences on a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5, measuring aspects such as clarity in career direction and engagement with personal interests. Results from the program demonstrate that participants experienced increased confidence in recognizing their abilities and showed greater preparedness for professional and societal contributions. The combination of group discussions, aptitude tests, and mentor evaluations allowed students to objectively measure their progress. The program successfully provided a comprehensive approach to self-development, promoting stronger engagement with individual interests and talents.
Irwansyah PutraNurmaida Irawani SiregarDina Maizana

https://afdifaljournal.com/journal/index.php/ijcsi/article/view/238

This service contains activities regarding outreach regarding strategies for shifting funds from small and routine expenses, known as latte factors, to stock investments to Gen Z (AnNur-Bululawang High School students), as an effort to improve financial health, through strengthening capital market literacy. Gen Z has unique characteristics in financial management and investment preferences that are different compared to previous generations. Therefore, a special approach is required to optimize their financial potential. Latte factor refers to small expenses that are often considered trivial but can cumulatively hamper long-term savings and investment potential. Providing education with the aim of strengthening the capital market is the main key to increasing their knowledge about the capital market so that Gen Z can make more informed investment decisions and be able to manage their finances more wisely. The results of the activity provide the benefit of increasing knowledge about the negative impact of the latte factor habit and awareness about diverting latte factor funds into wiser financial decisions through stock investments
NurhidayahIta AthiaDwiyani SudaryantiIrma HidayatiDicky Pratama PutraNiken Widya NingrumM.
